Parent School Climate Surveys are now available online.

We value your input and would like to hear your perspectives on the school climate of your child’s school. The parent surveys are now open and will be available until Friday, May 31, 2013.

To access the Parent School Climate Survey (2013):

    1. Go to: http://edu-climate-surveys.ca/
    2. Select ENGLISH OR FRENCH from the language choice tabs.
    3. Enter your school’s unique Parent/Guardian Access Code or the Survey:
5-DXB-920-R
    4. Complete the survey.

This link can be accessed by typing the above url into any browser, or via the Board web page at smcdsb.on.ca, or via your child’s school web page.

Survey data is confidential and will be collated board wide and by school, not by individual students or parents. The data from the survey will be very beneficial in developing school and board improvement plans to support student achievement and well-being.
