BounceBack is a free, guided self-help program that’s effective in helping people aged 15 and up who are experiencing mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression, or may be feeling low, stressed, worried, irritable or angry. 

Mind Your Mind

mindyourmind exists in the space where mental health, wellness, engagement and technology meet. We work with young people aged 14 to 29 to co-create interactive tools and innovative resources to build capacity and resilience.



Autism Ontario

Autism Ontario has resources available to help families and students with autism and is soliciting information via a brief survey that parents can complete as to how they can support families during this time.

A resource with tips for First Nations parents and families on supporting mental wellness of children and young people in their communities.
